Preparing for Childbirth and Beyond
Shalom baby is a unique six week series preparing parents physically, emotionally and spiritually for the birth of your first child (or those wanting a refresher class, we are here for you too!).
- Prepare for labor and delivery and infant care with an experienced childbirth educator, nurse and pediatrician
- Learn infant CPR, first aid and home safety from experts
- Learn traditions for naming and welcoming a baby from a Rabbi, Mohel, Early Childhood Educator and more!
- Discuss transitions – couple to family, spouse to parent – with social worker and peers
- Enjoy social opportunities with other expectant parents
- All are welcome – the tent is OPEN!
Three new sessions – 6:45pm – 9:30pm
- Wednesdays, January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3
- Wednesdays, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, April 7
- Wednesdays May 5, 12, 19, 26, June 2, 9

$120/family (includes materials and books)
Participants should be between 20-34 weeks pregnant.
